A portuguese sculptor, painter, and ceramicist.
Lives and works in Serpa, Alentejo, where she has her studio.
Currently, she is supported by DGArtes for the development of an artistic creation project.
In June 2025, with support from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation
and other institutions, she undertook a residency in New York at UA Studios NYC.
2024
She was awarded a scholarship from the Goethe-Institut and the European Union,
which enabled a residency in Berlin,
and also received support from CCDR Alentejo to participate in a group exhibition in Venice.
She visits museums and exhibitions in Barcelona, Venice, Berlin, Paris, and Bilbao,
She paint a mural, alluding to the Alentejo, on Rua de São Marçal, in Lisbon.
2023
Produces a sculpture , to the Lagar da Olibest, one Oliveira measuring almost six metres in height, visible on the road between Serpa and Ficalho.
Coordinates the mural JMJ, painting at the Casa da Cultura, in Beja.

Holds individual and collective exhibitions in Lisbon, Beja, Ferreira do Alentejo, Mourão, Serpa, participates in the Cerveira Biennial and undertakes an
artistic residency in Seville for sculpture, with the ecological objective of reusing plastic as a sculptural raw material.
Regularly holds visual arts workshops (in German, English and Portuguese) in Albernoa, Alqueva and Serpa.
Creates artistic interventions in rural areas, such as the digital painting applied to the Tulha do Monte da Carvalheira in Ervidel.
Illustrates several poetry books for different Alentejo authors, using pre-existing drawings or creating illustrations, then
transformed into digital paintings, alluding to each poem in the project, creating the content to be exhibited at book presentations.

Exhibited in Paris, Lisbon, Seville, Porto, Évora, Aljustrel, Ourique, among other cities, and takes part in collective exhibitions in Beja and Serpa.
Executes the public work Commemorating the Thirtieth Anniversary of Ovibeja, a four-meter-high sculpture in concrete.
At his Atelier Galeria, in Serpa, he organizes events such as exhibitions, poetry recitals, workshops, artist installations, in
various techniques and means of expression: sculpture, drawing, painting, photography, video art, performances, etc. in collaborations
with cultural agents, inside and outside the studio, in cultural and exhibition spaces in Porto, Lisbon, Évora and Beja and Mourão.
2010 to 1996
Attends the Visual Arts and Multimedia course at the Escola Superior de Ensino de Beja, of the Instituto Politécnico de Beja.
A ceramics teacher at the Professional School for Rural Development and the School of Arts and Crafts in Serpa, she provides
professional training in applied arts, ceramics and heritage recreation in Comporta, Barrancos, Alcácer do Sal and Serpa.
She has participated in various exhibitions with renowned artists, such as Raul Pérez, Rico Sequeira and António Inverno, in Beja,
Serpa and Ficalho. She has participated in art exhibitions in Portugal: Lisbon, Beja and Évora and abroad, such as in France, in Tarnos and Spain,
in Seville and Punta Umbria. She is represented by the Portuguese Serigraphy Centre with various multiples of her sculptures.
She sets up her ceramics studio in Serpa where she creates her first ceramic sculpture works.
Until 1996
Attends various courses and professional training in the area of ceramics, in Lisbon, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha,
and lives temporarily in London, Rome and Vienna where he visits schools and art fairs, learns in ateliers, attends ceramics and painting courses.
