The stylized olive tree in corten steel is a sculpture commissioned by the Olibest Olive Oil Press.
Placed at the main front of the building, and with great visibility of the road between Serpa and
Ficalho, welcomes you to one of the most technological and modern olive oil mills in the Iberian Peninsula.
This sculpture is a reference to the importance of olive groves and olive oil for the development
social and economic and symbolizes the innovation and wealth that olive oil and new olive groves brought
for the Alentejo region..
